Will my access ID and password change as a result of this upgrade?

Yes When you logon the first time on July 15th, you will click on the “Upgrade Account” button. You will then be required to enter your bank account number and the last 4 digits of your social security number will be your temporary password. You will then be prompted to enter a new access ID number and a new password which can be the ones that you are currently using.

For security purposes the new password and access ID must consist of the following:

Minimum Password = 8 characters Maximum Password =8 characters
Number of Numeric Characters Required = 1
Number of Alpha Characters Required = 1
Access ID must be at least 6 characters
